BASIC SEARCH DETAILS:
Property Search, Neighborhood Search, Statistics
- This service allows users to search tax records by owner
name, block and lot number or property address. The information will include
the certified tax records with deeds filed when available
- City, county and state statistics are available.
The city statistics report shows breakdowns of deeds sold since
1998 by property class. Users can drill down within a given year
to see quarterly statistics. The report also displays assessment
prices by property class to provide additional useful information.
- The "Neighborhood Search" feature finds sales
in the neighborhood of the currently selected property. By selecting
"Neighborhood Search" from the "Property Detail" page, sales of
properties, on the "Current Street" or "In the Neighborhood",
will be displayed, as far as 5 years back.
- The Advanced Search allows searching for properties
using restrictions. The search can be restricted by property class
and/or deed price and/or deed date and/or recorded date and/or
assessment price. The results of the search will only be records
that meet the desired restrictions.
- Cold Call Broker now include telephone numbers for Atlantic, Bergen, Cape May, Hudson, Monmouth and Middlesex Counties . It allows searching by Block or
Address and get property information and the registered property
owner phone number for the associated properties.
PRINT LABELS DETAILS:
Printing Labels & CASS Reports
- This service will allow you to print labels in a specific city. The
labels will consist of the owner(s) name and mailing address that are on
file with local tax assessors. The labels are printed in 1-column,
2-column or 3-column format. CASS Reports are available for each city
for users to receive discount postal rates, see your local post office
for more information.
